• BAR CART FEATURES - The Mont Alpi prep center comes with 2 stainless steel drawers. The top drawer is for dry storage and the bottom drawer can be used as an insulated ice basket (comes with the ice basket cooler). The top surface of the the cart is made of composite ceramic for unmatched durability. Ergonomic handle and four heavy-duty wheels (two locking) offer easy maneuverability and control.
• PIZZA OVEN FEATURES - The oven features a high heat stone or metal surface that heats up quickly and evenly. This surface is ideal for cooking pizzas, as it helps to achieve a crispy and evenly-cooked crust As an added bonus, this oven also doubles as a mini oven for roasting chicken, prime rib, tri-tip, fish, and even vegetables.The Mont Alpi pizza oven has an adjustable tubular air flow system that produces 15000 BTUs of heat output allows for precise temperature control.
• REFRIGERATOR FEATURES - The outdoor rated MAF refrigerator is made with heavy duty 304 stainless steel construction for durability and resistance to the elements. It comes with a stylish glass door for easy viewing of contents and interior blue LED lighting as well to improve visibility and overall user experience. Additional features include temperature control, adjustable shelves, and a lockable door to secure contents and prevent unauthorized access. Dimensions - 18 1/2” x 17” x 27”
